General Information

All of my designs can be altered to match a specific colour scheme and I will do my best to match any colour samples you provide. I would recommend sending out invitations between eight and twelve weeks before your wedding day. This will give your guests time to make any necessary arrangements. You might want to let people know the date well in advance by sending out Save-The-Date cards up to a year in advance. Ordering and Delivery

I would advise placing your order at least four months before you intend to send out your stationery.

On average, orders are completed within 4 weeks from receiving your request and deposit payment. It is recommended that you order your entire stationery order in one go. This ensures continuity of design and enables me to book diary space to complete your order. Order of Service and Menu cards can be produced and stored until you have the insert information to complete them nearer to the date of your wedding.

All orders are delivered by a next day delivery courier service. A signature is required and the cost is £12. Table Plans, are charged at an additional £12 towards separate packaging and courier costs.

Orders are usually sent in two separate parcels. Initially a parcel containing your Wedding and Evening Invitations, RSVP's, guest books, Photo Albums, Place Cards, Thank You Cards will be sent. The second parcel containing Order of Service, Menu and any other personalized items will be sent. Table Plans are always sent separately.

Samples

Any current Nerine Creations Wedding Day Invitation can be provided at a charge of £3.00 per card and will have all your details on it so you can see how it looks (this charge is refundable against your future wedding stationery order).   Please click the ‘buy now’ button on the page of the collection that you would like a sample from.

Proofs & Insert sheets

All inserts are included in the price of the wedding stationery.  The wording is tailored to your requirements.  You may supply your own layout and choose from one of the fonts shown.

Proofs are automatically produced on all orders, free of charge for any item of stationery ordered. Please check the proofs thoroughly and confirm that they are correct to go to print as it is your responsibility. If any changes are required, a second proof will be produced. Once the proof has been agreed, any alterations will incur an additional charge for re-printing.

Order of service

Please provide an accurate order of events of your ceremony, including exact wording of hymns, prayers and any readings.

You are responsible for obtaining any permission necessary if required for reproductions of hymns, songs and poems for your order of service. Any breach of third party copyright will be the responsibility of the customer.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable in advance on receipt of the wedding stationery request and the remainder on receipt of the first delivery.  Payment can be made by PayPal for complete security or cheque.

Personalisation

Guest names can be printed on the invitation inserts and place cards at an additional cost of 20p per item. Envelope printing is also available at a cost of 25p per envelope.
